A. No. You can print / save one row as PDF via Notion's standard features, but automatic rendering of invoice-template PDFs is not included.

Q. Auto-reconcile with bank deposits?

A. Out of scope. Payments are recorded manually in Payments DB. For auto integration, consider accounting SaaS like freee / Money Forward.

Q. Auto-compute tax inclusive / exclusive?

A. The Tax Inclusive checkbox exists, but tax-amount auto computation is not included. Operate Total Amount with a consistent rule for tax-inclusive vs tax-exclusive entry.

Q. Returns / refunds?

A. Due to digital-product nature, returns after duplication are not accepted. For defects, contact [email protected] within 7 days. See the Specified Commercial Transactions Act disclosures.
