Hineri Catalog | for solo coaches
Amid days swallowed by client sessions, this Notion template lets you stop and look, one week at a time, at questions like "Did I make time for my own development this week?" and "For all that busyness, was my effective coaching rate actually OK?" Two twists turn things you rarely put into words into numbers.
⚠ This template runs on Notion's standard features only and is a manual-workflow template. Automatic time tracking (Toggl, etc.), Calendar sync, and accounting-software integration are not included. The profitability figures are a rough guide, and the effect depends on whether you keep up a once-a-week review.

🌱
In days spent just getting through sessions, you lose track of whether you're making any time for supervision, learning, and business development.
💸
Trial-discount and one-off sessions get mixed in. You're "somehow busy," yet you can't see what your effective coaching rate was across the whole week.
🔁
You keep saying "starting next week," and the improvement cycle never gets going while time slips by.
There are plenty of weekly-report templates, but we couldn't find one that surfaces these two automatically.
📈
It automatically computes the ratio of time spent on your own development (supervision, learning, business development) to time spent coaching (revenue), then compares it against your target (20% by default) and shows 🟢 on track / 🟡 a little low / 🔴 under-investing in growth in color. We borrowed the idea of athletic load management and repurposed it for a coach's sense of growth. The weeks where you couldn't make time for your own development become obvious at a glance.
💴
From this week's coaching revenue and hours, it auto-calculates "what was my effective hourly rate across the whole week," and shows ✅ ¥6,000+ / ⚠️ ¥3,500+ / ❌ below that. You can face, in numbers, the "weeks where I was buried in trial-discount sessions but barely earned." This is not per-client P&L — it's a whole-week snapshot.

If you want to review week by week, this template fits; if you want to manage each client in depth, the client management template is the better fit.
A. It's manual entry. You don't need to log daily — at your once-a-week review, you just enter a few rows summarizing where your time went by type (self-development / coaching / lead generation, etc.), about 2 minutes.
A. No — it's a rough guide for seeing the direction. Revenue is recorded as the amount coached that week (not on a payment-date basis). For monthly / ongoing contracts, either prorate across weeks or book it in the week the contract starts, and keep your basis consistent. We recommend looking at a multi-week trend rather than a single week.
A. This template specializes in a "whole-week total" snapshot. If you want to manage a per-client ledger, session records, and payments in detail, consider the client management template for coaches.
